Who are we?
We are Sound Therapy World, a Waseca Grove Inc. company. We are a company with, not only unique products, but a unique start. Our founders both started selling white noise machines about 5 years ago. After finding out that they both lived about 1 hour from each other, they began emailing back and forth. A pen-pal friendship was formed, but moreover, a respect was established and both men refused to directly compete with each other or do anything that would harm the others business. This was a rare occurrence, especially in the "web" world.
In January 2007 both men finally met for the first time. An immediate friendship was formed with both finding out they had much in common. Customer satisfaction was the biggest topic. Both felt it was lacking in the web based world. One thing led to another and ... well, the rest is history.
Both men decided to combine their resources and knowledge of sound therapy products and established Sound Therapy World; the most compete web site business in this field.
They may not change the web based sales industry, but they will change your online experience with superior customer service, quality products and competitive prices.
