We are a small company (just two of us).  We are strictly online sales.  We value customer service.  If you don't want to deal with the mega stores, give us a try.

How do I contact you guys?
The best way to get a hold of us is through email.  The 1-800 number is for phone orders only please.  We both hold other jobs and can't take calls for this site, but we can answer emails.

Why don't the folks at the 1-800 number know much about the products?
We contract with our 1-800 number service to take phone orders.  They deal with calls about hundreds of unrelated products from other companies.  We are just not big enough to hire our own folks to answer the phones.

Are you going to sell or give away my information?
No way, no how!!!

Why should I buy from you guys?
Because we are really nice!  We will provide the best possible service.  Wal-Mart or Amazon won't reply to your emails; we will.

Where are you located?
We have two warehouse in Minnesota.

Can I stop by and look at products?
No, sorry. We are strictly an online reseller.

How long have you been in business?
We have been in business for about 6 years.

I’ve purchased online before and have had bad service from other sites. Are you any different?
Yes. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service. By calling the 1-800 number on the home page you will be greeted by a friendly voice. If she cannot answer your question, she will send a message to someone that can and you will be called back. You can also email us with your questions.

Will you give away or sell my information after my purchase?
No way! You may receive promotional emails from us, but you can alway use the opt out function if you never want to hear from us again.

Do you keep my credit card information after my purchase?
No. We actually never see your credit card information. All your information is processed through our card processor company. They collect the information in a secure server and then finalize the order. We then ship it.

Isn’t it more dangerous to buy online with a credit card than to go to a local store and use my card?
No, it’s not. When you use your credit card at a store, your information still travels electronically to a secure server, just like it does online.

I want to pay for my order by check, can I do that?
Yes you can. Just select the ‘pay by check’ option at check out. When we receive your payment, we will then ship your item. We must receive the check within 10 days or we will cancel the order.

How long does it take for you to ship my order?
We normally ship within 24 hours for your purchase.

How do I know if the product I want is in stock?
The stock status for items is located near the price area of the product page. Generally, if you can see the item, it’s in stock.

Why are your shipping charges lower than other sites?
We don’t inflate our shipping charges to make an extra buck like other sites do. Our shipping charges are realistic.

What is your return policy?
You will enjoy knowing that every product we sell comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us with your name and order number. No questions asked! You will be refunded the purchase price less shipping charges. It's that simple. If you have any questions, please email us. Customer pays return shipping.

Do your items come with a warranty?
Yes. Our products carry manufacturer’s warranties. Generally the warranty is one year on most products.

What is the difference between the Marpac Sleep Mate and the Sound Screen?
The two are identical. They just have different labels. Some doctor’s did not want a sound machine in their waiting room called ‘Sleep Mate’, so another label name was created.

What is the difference between the Sleep Mate 580A and the Sleep Mate 980A?
The single speed 580A’s maximum volume is about 85% of the dual speed 980A’s maximum volume.

What is the difference between the Homedics SS-4000 and the Homedics SS-4500?
The SS-4500 has a newer exterior design. The operating systems of both machines remain the same.

What is the difference between the Obus Forme and the Conair SU1W?
The Obus Forme is white and the Conair is silver. That’s the only difference.

How loud do the sound machines get?
